We came here for a bottomless brunch for our friends birthday, food was amazing and service was great!! Maisie in particular was incredible!!! We had a few in our group that had food/drink requirements and they met those entirely. Definitely would come here again and would recommend to everyone. A must go to place for everyone on Sheppey!!

If I could give 100 stars I would. My partner and I have been talking about going for dinner at Banks since it reopened but because pretty much every restaurant we have been to recently the food and service has been awful so we were a bit hesitant. We should not have worried because from the moment we walked through the door we were met by the friendly Manager who was absolutely lovely and helpful, the food was exceptional; delicious, perfectly seasoned, beautifully presented and generous portions. We had the burger which was one of the best burgers I have ever tasted and shared a creme brulee (only because we were completely full from the main course but wanted to try because that and burgers give you a really good indication of how good food is at a restaurant). As well as wonderful staff and delicious food the ambience and decor was great too. Would thoroughly recommend.

I just had lunch with my daughter at this lovely hidden gem of a restaurant in Minster-on-Sea, Sheppey. We both had the grilled chicken salad which was delicious. The young lady who served us was attentive and friendly and the restaurant itself was very clean and well presented. We thoroughly recommend it and will definitely return soon.

Fantastic restaurant, lovely decor, beautiful food and great service. We messed up our booking and arrived a day late on a very busy day. However, they made accommodations for us and got us sat and fed within an hour. We had the roast dinner which (even for my appetite) was incredibly generous and utterly delicious. It’s a comfortable space for small or large parties of people, with a good selection of food and drinks. It’s so nice to have such a great restaurant so close by. Can’t wait to see you again!

Love the fact that you can see your food being cooked. Spotlessly clean and tables far enough apart you feel it's intimate. Good selection of dishes, wines and drinks. Staff are local and so attentive. Helena, the hostess so friendly and takes time to welcome you and happy to answer questions about dishes etc. lovely to see that the restaurant is giving young up and coming chefs support while they train. Atmosphere was great and we really enjoyed our visit. Will be visiting again and will try the apprentice evenings. Well done to all at Banks, so nice to have this place on our doorstep.

writing on behalf of my mum who went yesterday for the apprentice menu, she came back and said nothing but good things! she absolutely loved the pulled pork starter dish made by Max! we go there very often and would recommend it to anyone, the foods amazing and the staff are lovely x

Best restaurant on the island by a long way. Excellent renovation. Great staff. Food was great with vegan and vegetarian options. Reasonable wine list pricing. My Dad and were able to find a great bottle on the bin ends list for 20. Been hoping for a place like this to open ever since my parents moved to the island. Will come again next time I visit.

A table was reserved in conjunction with our stay at the affiliated bed and breakfast, securing the latest available seating time. Due to unforeseen work obligations, our arrival was delayed beyond our anticipated schedule, exceeding the dinner service cutoff. Nevertheless, the manager and chef graciously accommodated our late arrival. We were not rushed during our dining experience. We are extremely pleased to have been accommodated, as the cuisine was exceptional; each course was truly delightful. All staff exhibited exemplary friendliness and professionalism.
